TERMS OF SERVICE · VERSION 2026-09-13 · INVITATION SUPPLEMENT 2026-09-26

Simple rules for a tool that stays under your control.

These terms govern APPTIV, provided by Emmanuel Smadja, an Israeli sole proprietor (osek).

Software provided as is — no service-level agreement.
01

The service

APPTIV helps organise, verify and prepare career decisions. It does not submit applications, contact recruiters or publish on your behalf. Account links and private invitations use the service emails described in the privacy notice.

02

Your account, key and content

You are responsible for your personal API key, its costs, and all content you enter, generate, reuse or transmit. Never place a secret in a free-text field.

03

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. A breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.

04

Free access

APPTIV is free and has no subscription. AI is optional: you may connect your own DeepSeek or OpenAI key, with usage billed directly by that provider, or accept administrator-sponsored DeepSeek access through a private invitation when available. APPTIV adds no API markup and sells no credits.

05

Sponsored DeepSeek access · supplement of 26 September 2026

A private invitation requires your acceptance of the terms and sponsored access. The administrator funds usage of their own DeepSeek key without sharing it with you. The administrator chooses your allowances and duration for each invitation or renewal. Access expires on the displayed date and may be revoked. It does not renew automatically. The acceptance link is single-use and valid for at most seven days, never beyond the access expiry.

06

Sponsored-access limits

Your chosen daily and monthly allowances are shown with the invitation and in your sponsored access. They follow the UTC day and calendar month. The administrator may adjust them; a quota adjustment does not extend expiry. Admitted attempts count even after a failure or uncertain outcome. Changing limits or renewing access does not reset these counters. Lowering an allowance below usage already counted blocks new attempts. A feature’s own safety limits may also apply; no result or continuous service is guaranteed.

07

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

08

No debtor accounts

APPTIV does not bill overages to an invitee. Sponsored-access limits block new attempts when reached. These limits count attempts; they do not guarantee a currency spending amount at DeepSeek.
