Default: manual mode, no AI call and no in-app payment.
Personal API key
Your DeepSeek key is encrypted before storage, is never returned in plain text by the API, and is not logged in plain text. Disconnecting erases the secret held by APPTIV; it does not revoke the key in DeepSeek.
Why
These data organise your search, apply your settings, check each file’s readiness and secure your access. APPTIV does not sell your data.
Optional AI
In manual mode, no data is sent to an AI provider. With a personal key, APPTIV first shows the non-secret body intended for DeepSeek and requires your confirmation. Do not insert a key or other credential into content you enter.
Payments
PayPal processes payment when you pay an invoice; a bank transfer appears in the relevant bank statement. Stripe is only a possible future provider and does not process any APPTIV payment today.
