Simple rules for a tool that stays under your control.

These terms govern APPTIV, provided by Emmanuel Smadja, an Israeli sole proprietor (osek).

Software provided as is — no service-level agreement.

The service

APPTIV helps organise, verify and prepare career decisions. It does not apply, send messages, publish content or contact anyone on your behalf.

Your account, key and content

You are responsible for your personal API key, its costs, and all content you enter, generate, reuse or transmit. Never place a secret in a free-text field.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. A breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.

Current payments

APPTIV has no paid plan. When API-cost pass-through is agreed, the current channels are a PayPal invoice and a bank transfer in Israel. No in-app checkout is offered.

Future changes and governing law

A merchant of record or Stripe may be offered later with separate notice; Stripe is not active today. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
