APPTIV does not offer a paid plan or in-app top-up yet.
Consumed third-party API costs are non-refundable.
Costs already consumed
Tokens or other third-party API costs that have already been consumed cannot be refunded.
Duplicate PayPal payment
After verification, a duplicate PayPal payment is manually refunded within 14 days.
